All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. All returned items must be unopened, with all original tags and labels attached.

‍RETURN PROCESS

‍To return an item, please email customer service at support@theorysabers.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with everything as it was when delivered, then mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges are paid or reimbursed by us, unless we deem the damage was done by the customer and voids the warranty.

‍REFUNDS

‍

‍After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

After placing an order, if you decide to cancel there will be an order cancellation fee of 10% paid order value deducted from your original order total (discounts excluded).

If you are returning an order, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of your original order total.

Please be aware that your order is correct before placing an order to prevent the need of cancellation or returns.

Our warranty covers:

• Damage on arrival.
• ⁠Soundboard failure (customer is encouraged to follow our trouble shooting guide as most often it is a simple setting the saber might be in, like mute mode, for example)
• Product defects (according to industry standards, Theory Sabers has the final interpretation. We are here to help if there is a defect that is beyond industry standards).

Our warranty does not cover:

• Any kind of Dueling damage.
• Blatant abuse of products.
• Improper human operation, not follow instructions.
• Resale or secondary market damage

Any customer who finds damage or electronic failure should not try to repair outside the scope of their own knowledge. They should first contact the Theory Sabers Customer Service Team to solve the issue. The expansion of damage caused by secondary repair will carried by the customer.

Theory Sabers has a full team to answer Customer Support tickets in the order they are received. Customers can expect a response within 48 hours. The Theory Sabers Customer Support Team is here to serve customers and keep their loyalty at home with Theory Sabers.

• Use a 5v 1a charging adapter and charge the saber for 3-4 hours. Do not charge overnight.
• Any blade or hilt damage from dueling is not covered by the warranty.
• ⁠Insert the blade before powering up the saber. Inserting the blade while the saber is powered up will short-circuit the blade and void the warranty.
• ⁠Twisting the blade while inserted can cause damage to the pins and will void the warranty.
• When you insert the core, do not twist. This will damage the pins and void the warranty.
• Do not unscrew from the middle of the hilt. This will cause the core to twist which will damage the pins and void the warranty.
• The customization of sabers that results in the deletion of sound font files or damage to the board voids the warranty and is not returnable or refundable.
• Always make sure to match the proper polarity by referring to the + and - symbols on the core and the battery itself, failing to do so can result in irreversible damages to your saber.
